How Long Do They Really Last?
When properly applied, using Platinum Bond Adhesive, NovaLash lash extensions can be worn throughout the year with minimal monthly maintenance. Touch-ups are recommended after the initial full set application to refill any lashes that have cycled out. To maintain the full, thick appearance of a new set of lashes a visit to your beauty/lash professional is recommended every 3-4 weeks based on your own natural lash growth cycle.

 Can Lash Extension's Harm Natural Lashes?
When applied properly, lash extensions will not harm natural lashes. The NovaLash application technique allows natural lashes to grow and thrive with extensions. This technique requires several "separation" steps during the application process, so each extension is adhered to a single natural lash, in order to prevent interruption of the lash growth cycle.

Can Mascara and Eyelash Curlers Be Used With Lash Extensions?
Most clients love the way their lash extensions look without mascara. If you don't want to give up your mascara, (or for touch-ups as your lashes begin to shed) I recommend only the NovaLash mascara. NovaLash glycol and carbonate free mascara is specifically formulated for use on extensions without interfering with the adhesive. Water proof mascara is not recommended for use, as it will dissolve the bond with the lashes. Eyelash curlers are also unnecessary since the lash extensions already come with a curl.

What will happen during my NovaLash application?
Firstly, we will discuss the look that you would like to achieve. With 5 different lengths and 3 different widths you can make your NovaLash as natural or glamorous as you would like! A full-set of lashes will take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, while a fill will be about an hour.

Do come with a clean face, free of any eye-makeup. I will then remove any existing eye makeup with a cotton pad.

I will apply an eye pad to keep your skin flat and away from your own lashes.

Using the Platinum Bond adhesive, I will bond a single lash extension to your own individual lash.

Your eyes will be shut through the entire procedure, all you need to do is to lie still and think good thoughts!

NovaLash mascara is specially formulated to be used with the NovaLash extensions. It is glycol and carbonate free. You may not need this right away, but as the weeks go on, it's a great way to maintain your look. This is the ONLY mascara formulated to be used with NovaLash extensions.
